- Billing information: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our own servers.
- Report data: property addresses and related information you enter to generate reports, and the reports themselves.
- Usage data: basic technical information (IP address, browser type) collected automatically when you use the site or app, for security and troubleshooting purposes.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the service, including generating reports and maintaining your account.
- To send you account-related emails (welcome/login details, billing receipts, service updates).
- To respond to support or access requests you submit.
- To improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
- Stripe processes payments on our behalf and receives the billing information necessary to do so.
- SendGrid sends transactional emails (account setup, notifications) on our behalf.
- We may share information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of StormLens or others.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and report data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation in case you reactivate, unless you request deletion sooner.

You can update your account information at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at info@stormlens.org.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and secure storage of credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
StormLens is a business tool intended for adults working in roofing, insurance, and related industries. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of StormLens after changes means you accept the updated policy.
